FILM FACED PLYWOOD - STEP 2 - SANDING SHORT EDGE OF VENEER

The next step in TTP's film faced plywood production process after classification is SANDING SHORT EDGE OF VENEER.

The standard veneers for making the core will be staggered at both ends. This process is considered as one of the differences of our film faced plywood factory, so that when arranging the the veneer layers together, the stacking part is not too thick and the final board is flat, there is no gap, which helps the product used in construction site does not peel off and delaminated.
