1. Introduction

TT Plywood is committed to providing flexible, secure, and transparent payment methods to facilitate our customers' transactions when purchasing our products and services. This policy outlines the available payment methods, applicable conditions, and payment processing procedures.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following payment methods:

a. Telegraphic Transfer – Available Worldwide

✔ Applicable for both domestic and international customers
✔ Bank account details will be provided during the transaction process
✔ Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees (if applicable)

b. Letter of Credit (L/C) – For Export Orders

✔ Applicable for high-value export orders
✔ L/C payment terms must be agreed upon before contract signing
✔ Transactions are processed through reputable banks according to international standards

c. Cash Payment – Available for Domestic Orders

✔ Applicable for customers purchasing directly at our warehouse or office

d. Documents against Payment – For Close Customers Only

✔ 30-50% Advance Payment: Required for custom production orders
✔ Remaining balance to be paid by importer’s bank against presenting documents


3. Payment Regulations

✔ Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon method in the contract.
✔ Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details to avoid errors.
✔ Orders are confirmed only after TT Plywood receives the payment or official bank notification.


4. Payment Confirmation

After completing the payment, customers must provide a transaction receipt or payment confirmation via:

We will verify and confirm the payment within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).


5. Refund Policy & Payment Error Handling

a. Eligible for Refund

✔ Orders canceled due to TT Plywood’s error
✔ Customers made incorrect payments or transferred funds to the wrong account

b. Non-Refundable Cases

✔ Customers unilaterally cancel orders after production or shipment
✔ Any bank fees incurred due to customer error

🔹 Refund processing time: 5-7 business days (depending on the bank).

🔒 We commit to protecting all payment-related information. Payment details are used solely for processing transactions and will not be shared with third parties without customer consent.
