TT Plywood is committed to providing fast, safe, and efficient shipping and delivery services. This policy outlines the shipping methods, order processing time, responsibilities of both parties, and terms related to product transportation.

2. Shipping Coverage

We offer both domestic and international shipping, including:

✔ Domestic Delivery: Available across all provinces in Vietnam.
✔ International Export: Shipping to multiple countries under international trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP,…).

3. Shipping Methods

We provide multiple shipping options to meet customers' needs:

a. Domestic Shipping

✔ Truck & Container Transport: Suitable for bulk orders.
✔ Door-to-Door Delivery upon request.

b. International Shipping

✔ FOB (Free on Board): We deliver the goods to the port in Vietnam; customers handle shipping to their country.
✔ CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover shipping and insurance to the destination port.
✔ DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We take care of all shipping costs, import duties, and door-to-door delivery.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

a. Order Processing Time

✔ Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment or deposit confirmation.
✔ For custom production orders, processing may take 5-15 days, depending on quantity and manufacturing processes.

b. Delivery Time

✔ Domestic Delivery: 2-7 business days depending on the location.
✔ International Shipping: 15-45 days depending on the shipping method and destination country.

5. Shipping Costs

✔ For Domestic Orders: Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and product weight.
✔ For International Orders: Shipping costs depend on trade terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and will be quoted for each customer.
✔ We provide cost-effective shipping options to help customers save on expenses.

6. Responsibilities During Shipping

a. TT Plywood’s Responsibilities

✔ Properly package goods to ensure safety during transportation.
✔ Provide complete shipping documents, invoices, Certificates of Origin (CO), and Certificates of Quality (CQ).
✔ Assist customers in tracking their shipment status.

b. Customer Responsibilities

✔ Inspect the goods upon arrival and sign for confirmation.
✔ Pay any applicable import duties or additional shipping charges (if applicable).

7. Return & Compensation Policy for Shipping Issues

✔ If goods are damaged during shipping, TT Plywood will support returns or compensation based on specific policies.
✔ If an order is delayed due to TT Plywood's fault, we will notify and discuss solutions with the customer.
