Definitions

Birch plywood is a product with high perfomance and high aesthetic, suitable for interior funiture applications. They are characterized by two sides face and back made of birch veneers, a beautiful and high quality wood.

Characteristics and features of Birch plywood

Materials:

In Vietnam, Birch plywood are often made from the mixture of eucalyptus and acacia core veneer, or if higher quality required, they will be made from 100% eucalyptus. The core veneers are bonded by high-grade glue, (E0, E1, E2) and then cover with birch veneer outside. 

Characteristics

Fine appearance: With light color and clear, wavy grain, birch plywood are highly appreciated for its appearance and therefore it is suitable for interior products with high aesthetic requirements.

Strong and solid structureL Not only the appearance but also the structure of Birch plywood is an advantage. Thanks to carefully selected raw materials, birch plywood has a solid structure, high hardness and high elasticity. You could see straight and long layers of veneer on the edge of plywood with only few overlapped connectors. 

Even thickness: After 2 times sanding in each sides, birch plywood stands out with even thickness, very tight thickness tolerance when compared within a sheet.
