WHY MUST THE VENEER BE CLASSIFIED?

The quality of the product depends largely on the quality of the veneer

The filler panels will be divided into 3 types: A, B, C depending on the quality standards as follows:

Grade A: No holes on a core veneer, the edges must be complete

Grade B: Requirements: Full edges, up to 2-3 tears

Grade C: Has at least 3 edges, maximum 4 tears

Better quality plywood boards will use A core veneer which is equivalent to a higher price. Grade BC will be cheaper

The veneers are classified to produce products with the right quality and price depending on customers requirement for each order.
