FILM FACED PLYWOOD - GLUEING

In order to have the strength and water proof, our film faced plywood is made using high concentration melamine glue. Melamine glue (MUF) is a kind of glue that provide a very strong bond to the panels. Depending on the melamine percent in the glue, the properties of the glue are also different.

Our film faced plywood use 2 levels of melamine percent:

• A1 grade: 18% melamine - stand the boiling water for 8 hours without any delamination
• A2 grade: 15% melamine - stand the boiling water for 4 hours without any delamination

That characteristic gives film faced panels the reusability, about 8-10 times with A1 grade and 6-8 times with A2 grade.
