After the veneer are dried with the moisture content below 20% will be ready for putting into production.

Each core veneer will be put through the glue machine respectively so that the glue is evenly coated on both sides.

The ratio of mixing glue is 1 ton of glue with 500kg of tapioca flour, which helps to create good adhesion and reduce the delaination rate for the product.
