SOME COMMON DEFECTS REMOVED IN TTP'S INSPECTION PROCESS

- The goods inspection process goes through 4 important steps:

+ Core inside inspection which is delaminated or not // strong or not: using hammer to feel the sound and know the connection between core layers
+ Length, width, thickness must always meet the customers’ requirements
+ The moisture content needs to be below 15% to avoid any moist or inconvenience to commercial plywood.
+ Nail test: to check whether the core is broken or not.

In the production process, it is impossible to avoid defective goods, but when in TTP, we have a one by one inspection team with thoroughly and rigorously trained , the quality of goods are always maintained and meet the needs of the customers.
